This guide walks you through setting up and launching a Community ad on Community feed in Lyko app.

Community Ad is technically a Banner or a Video ad, therefore, most of the steps are the same as setting up Banner campaign.

Step 1: Name your campaign and select the store

From the main navigation, go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign. Select Display Ads as your campaign type.

Campaign name Choose naming convention as your other campaigns, you can add a prefix — for example: COM — Fashion Week — Week 15–18 — SE. A clear name makes it easy to find and report on later.

Store Select the store where you want to run your campaign in. If you sell across multiple markets and stores, you'll need a separate campaign per store.

Landing Page URL Set the landing page is where shoppers go when they click the banner. This field is mandatory.

Step 2: Set up sales attribution

Because a display ad is just a video (could also be a static image), the platform doesn’t automatically know which products to attribute when a shopper buys after interacting with it. Sales attribution is how you tell it explicitly.

To set up attribution:

  1. Choose the brand the ad represents. The catalogue for that brand will load.
  2. Select the products whose sales should be attributed to this ad — or paste in their IDs directly. This is usually the same set of products featured or implied in the creative.

Sales attribution is optional at campaign-creation time — you can leave it blank and add it later. But without it, you won’t see ROAS in reporting.

Step 3: Upload your creatives and choose the placement

Drag and drop your creative files into the upload area, or click Choose files to upload. Accepted formats and dimensions:

Dimensions: 1080 X 1920 Format: MP4, JPEG, PNG Duration: 8 – 15 sek Max file size : 100MB

The platform automatically matches each uploaded creative against the slot dimensions configured on the store. If the creative matches the Community ad slot, this placement will appear that you need to target: Community - Feed - VIDEO.
